We at JB Solar understand that without you, the customer, there would be no JB Solar. Our continuing existence as a business depends on you!
In order to maintain the wonderful relationship with have with our customer, past and present, we strive to comprehensively meet our customers' needs. The following is our edict:
JB Solar will fully explain all aspects of the work you have contracted us to complete, from start to finish. Any changes to that work or materials used to complete that work, will be discussed with you prior to those changes being made.
We will notify you of any temporary loss in service such as water shutoffs, beforehand and will work around your schedule to minimize any inconvenience.
Garbage generated during the install is our responsibility.
JB Solar will re-inspect all installations after 1 week and after 1 month we will contact you to make sure you are satisfied with the work you paid for.
We need you to be happy with our services.

Hi Jon. Just wanted to wrap up and let you know how things are working here. The system is online and working well. We haven't used our propane backup for the last couple months so we are enjoying the summer and the water heated by the sun.
Since we disconnected the power to the hot water tank our consumption is way down and we have a credit on our hydro bill.
